Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager with hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) program management experience to lead the architecture, implementation, and scaling of AEP solutions and data inputs within DX Marketing. This is a technical program management role, not a Scrum Master or ceremony-facilitation role — you’ll be expected to understand the underlying data architecture, schemas, and integrations well enough to drive technical decisions, unblock engineering teams, and hold solution design to a high bar. This role partners with the AEP Scrum Master to ensure end-to-end visibility into program work, from technical design through delivery

You’ll work closely with solution architects, data engineering, platform operations, product engineering, marketing stakeholders, IT, and external development partners to ensure our Adobe Experience Platform implementations and run-and-operate tasks and workflows are executed in the defined SLAs and communicated to appropriate stakeholders. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead the technical program management of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) initiatives and run the business tasks and workflows.
• Develop and manage detailed technical project plans with clear timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across engineering and marketing teams. 
• Establish governance for scope, dependencies, risks, decisions, change requests, release readiness, and executive reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology and marketing strategies.
• Partner with solution architects and engineers to evaluate technical design options, data schemas, and integration approaches, and drive decisions to closure.
• Ability to review architecture and technical documentation, identify design gaps, and challenge technical recommendations when needed.
• Translate business use cases into technical workstreams, measurable deliverables, and clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Manage production incidents, escalations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and SLA performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure the impact of initiatives.
• Monitor project status, scope, and stakeholder needs to ensure smooth execution.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and proactively remove barriers to progress.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
• Direct, hands-on experience managing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) programs including Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, & Journey Optimizer
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal— with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive results under pressure.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in team settings.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Workfront, Jira, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional Adobe Experience Platform implementations end-to-end, from architecture through launch.
• Working knowledge of AEP components such as Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, XDM schemas, and data ingestion/activation pipelines, sufficient to engage credibly with engineering on technical trade-offs.
