The role requires a combination of data expertise, risk management experience, and client-facing leadership. The successful candidate will oversee complex engagements, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams through large-scale data validation and risk assessment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise data risk and validation engagements for clients operating in complex regulatory environments.
  • Design and execute data quality assessments, control testing programs, and validation frameworks.
  • Evaluate the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of large datasets used in key business processes and regulatory reporting.
  • Develop analytical solutions that identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and data-related risks.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Direct multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with data, technology, compliance, risk, and governance teams to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance risk management capabilities.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposal and solution development.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while helping establish best practices across the broader organization.

Desired Background
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 9+ years of experience in data analytics, data governance, risk management, consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience evaluating data quality, data controls, data lineage, reconciliation processes, or regulatory reporting environments.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and control frameworks.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data analytics tools.
  • Experience leveraging technologies such as Python, Power BI, Databricks, cloud platforms, or statistical analysis tools.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to senior executives and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience managing teams, client relationships, and complex programs.
