Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Financial Analyst to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

Assist with cash management and liquidity analysis by reviewing financial transactions, monitoring cash positions, and supporting routine treasury activities in accordance with established business processes.

Support financial system activities related to cash management, treasury operations, and in-house cash processes. Help gather business requirements, document workflows, and identify opportunities to improve financial operations.

Review financial data and transaction records to identify discrepancies, support reconciliation activities, and assist with investigating cash management or system processing issues.

Maintain financial documentation, prepare operational reports, and collaborate with finance, treasury, and technical teams to support system updates, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

Entry-level experience (0–2 years) in financial operations, cash management, treasury support, accounting, or a related field. Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and financial data analysis is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Financial Analysis, Cash Management, Liquidity Management, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FSCM, SAP Treasury, In-House Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Data Reconciliation, Microsoft Excel

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience supporting financial operations involving cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, treasury transactions, and financial record management.

Experience reviewing financial data, assisting with reconciliations, identifying transaction discrepancies, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Experience supporting enterprise finance processes involving cash management, treasury operations, banking activities, and financial system improvements.

Experience collaborating with finance teams, treasury stakeholders, and technical personnel to document processes, resolve operational issues, and support efficient financial operations.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA financial processes, cash and liquidity management, and enterprise financial applications.

Understanding of treasury operations, in-house cash management, financial transactions, and basic reconciliation procedures.

Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn new financial systems and processes.
