Job Description
We’re Hiring: Technical Communications & Creative Services Specialist!
Looking for a dynamic, multi-talented professional to bridge system documentation, digital media, and strategic communications.
Location: Jackson, MS
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (40 hrs/week)
Key Responsibilities

Technical Writing & Documentation: Create user guides, training manuals, operational procedures, system configuration documents, and process workflows.

Creative & Digital Media: Design visual assets, infographics, presentations, whitepapers, and manage digital/social content adhering to brand standards.

Information Governance: Manage digital repositories (SharePoint/Smartsheet) and lead document-digitization workflows.

Compliance & UX: Coordinate technical regulatory reporting, ensure WCAG accessibility standards, and support UX/UI design across applications.
Core Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, IT, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years in technical writing, process documentation, editing, and cross-functional communication.

Design & Media: 5–7 years in graphic design and digital media creation.
Must-Have Tools & Skills

Primary Tools: SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Project & Workflow Tools: Smartsheet, Confluence, Lucidchart, Adobe Workfront, Google Workspace, SAP Business Network

Bonus Skills (Preferred): UX/UI design knowledge, WCAG accessibility standards, cloud systems, and child welfare system experience.
