Join the Administrative & Campus Systems (ACS) team at Harvard Business School as an Application Analyst. In this role, you will provide critical Tier 2 support, engage with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure the smooth operation of campus technology services in a collaborative hybrid environment.

responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support, diagnosing and resolving production incidents.
• Partner with end users to capture business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Develop test cases and perform integration and regression testing for system enhancements and bug fixes.
• Assist with system configuration, technical documentation, end-user training, and release management.

qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, or IT operations.

Proven ability to translate business processes into clear functional and technical specifications.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Post-secondary education (College Graduate) or equivalent relevant experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with tools such as StarRez, ServiceNow, Jira, and Smartsheet.

Prior experience in higher education or high-touch enterprise IT service delivery environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer-facing professionalism.
