What You Will Do

  • End-to-End Case Management: Manage intake, eligibility reviews, medical certifications, tracking, and return-to-work coordination for medical, parental, personal, military, and disability leaves.

  • Employee Advocacy & Advisory: Translate complex leave policies, timelines, and income replacement options (STD, LTD, PTO) into clear, compassionate guidance for employees and leaders.

  • Accommodations & Return to Work: Facilitate the interactive accommodation process under the ADA and related standards to support smooth workplace transitions.

What You Bring

  • Leave Administration Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing multi-region leaves of absence across the US and Canada (experience with Mexico/IMSS is a strong plus).

  • Regulatory Acumen: Solid understanding of absence management frameworks, statutory paid leave laws, disability plans, and healthcare landscapes.

  • Exceptional Communication: 2–3 years of experience in employee inquiry resolution, with the ability to explain complex benefit policies with clarity and empathy.

  • HR Tech Proficiency: Practical experience utilizing ServiceNow and dedicated absence management systems.

Education & Experience Requirements
