Job Title: Scrum Master ESRI GIS / Asset Management
Location: Louisville, KY / Providence, RI / Allentown, PA- Remote + Travel- if needed

Job Summary:
Client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support ESRI GIS / Asset Management system implementations across KY Gas, KY Electric, and PA Electric. The role will focus on coordinating Agile delivery, system integrations, vendor management, and hypercare across multiple implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive delivery using Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Support three separate implementations across KY Gas, KY Electric, and PA Electric.
• Manage system integrations, including API integrations, with external vendors.
• Coordinate closely with integration partner/SSP and ensure delivery remains on track.
• Track project dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Facilitate communication between business, technical, vendor, and integration teams.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong Scrum Master experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Hands-on experience with ADO/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with vendor management and system implementations.
• Strong understanding of integrations/APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ESRI GIS, Asset Management, utilities, or energy projects is highly preferred.
