Role: Lab Systems Project Manager – Benchtop Systems
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)
Duration: Contract

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Lab Systems Project Manager with 7–12+ years of experience managing benchtop laboratory systems implementation, integration, validation, and lifecycle management in pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics environments.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with benchtop analytical instruments and laboratory software integration (LIMS, ELN, CDS).
  • Strong project management skills across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of GxP, CSV, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and data integrity.
  • Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, system validation, change control, CAPA, and deviations.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, vendor management, and laboratory digital transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
