Electrician / Electronics Technician as Fitter m/f/d | Augsburg, Germany | On-site We're hiring on behalf of a leading company instrumental in shaping Germany's energy infrastructure. This organization plays a crucial role in realizing new construction and modernization projects for substations, contributing directly to the country's energy transition and climate goals. The Role • Implement new construction and modernization projects for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV). • Install and commission high-voltage primary equipment. • Perform cable laying for power and control cables. • Erect auxiliary power distribution, rectifier, battery, and ancillary systems. • Install and connect protection and control cabinets, including control technology components. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., Electrician, Electronics Technician, Electrical Fitter) or equivalent qualification. • Proficient in handling electrical systems. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites using a personal vehicle. • Readiness for regular assembly assignments (Monday-Thursday) throughout the southeastern German region, including overnight stays. • Independent, meticulous work ethic with strong commitment, reliability, and team spirit.
