Senior Commercial Finance Analyst - US

GE HealthCare seeks a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to manage external commissions, indirect sales channel financials, and related reporting for US operations. The role involves data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and participation in key business review mechanisms across two business segments.

Responsibilities
Manage monthly variable compensation processing and dispute resolution for indirect sales partners across business segments
Support P&L forecasting, planning, and closing activities with cross-functional finance teams
Own orders, sales reporting, and margin analytics for product portfolios; support contract renewal negotiations
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Provide analytics and insights to support national accounts and indirect sales channel leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
Minimum 2+ years commercial finance or FP&A experience
Strong analytical skills linking financial results to operational drivers
Proficiency with financial systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects) and advanced Excel
Experience communicating across multiple organizational levels and functions
Ability to work effectively in matrixed, global business environments
Compensation:
$105,600-$158,400 annual base, plus performance-based incentive compensation and benefits
