This position is a full-time, benefitted, onsite position. The schedule is 1st shift.\n\nResponsibilities:\n• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.\n• Analyzes and interprets data.

Provides feedback on assessment results.\n• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.\n• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.\n• Works under general direction.\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):\n• Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment\n• Experience with assembly and structures manufacturing\n• Experience with sheet metal assemblies, drilling, countersinking, riveting, and fastener installation\n• Completed a blueprint reading class preferred\n• Experience with aircraft unique tools such as support equipment/test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators\n• Experience reading and interpreting technical data\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\n• Experience with coaching one or more individuals at a time and providing feedback\n• Understanding, interpreting, and delivering specific process driven instruction based on feedback from Manufacturing Operations and Quality\n• Works well in a collaborative team environment\n• Has the ability to adjust course in a dynamic shop floor manufacturing environment\nRequirements\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nGeneral physical requirements needed to perform the essential functions of this job may vary based on location of assignment.\nAssignment Location – St.

Louis, MO\n\n Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.\n Fingering (typing), communicating, repetitive motions.\n Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors and read.
