Job DescriptionJob Title: Cerner RadNet Trainer\nContract Length: 2 months\nLocation: Hybrid (mostly remote then come onsite for go-live)\nHours: CST\nStart Date: Ocotber 5th, 2026\n \n \nJob Description: The Cerner RadNet Implementation Trainer will support a health system-wide implementation of Cerner RadNet, including the transition from GE Centricity to Cerner RadNet.

This role will be responsible for preparing radiology staff across the health system to successfully adopt new workflows, processes, and technology.\n\nThe Trainer will work as part of the health system's implementation and clinical transformation team and will partner closely with Radiology leadership, clinical and operational subject matter experts, application analysts, project managers, super users, and other members of the implementation team.\n\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Cerner RadNet, understands radiology operations in a hospital/health-system environment, and has experience supporting large-scale clinical application implementations and end-user training.\n \n \nSkill Set Requirements: \n\n
Hands-on experience with Cerner RadNet.\n Previous experience supporting a health system, hospital, academic medical center, or multi-site healthcare organization.\n Experience as a clinical application trainer, implementation trainer, application specialist, or similar role.\n Strong understanding of radiology department workflows.\n Experience developing and delivering end-user training for clinical applications.\n Experience working with multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.\n Excellent communication and presentation skills.\n Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and clinical end users.\n Ability to travel between health-system locations as required.\n\n\n \nNice to Haves: \n\n
Direct experience supporting a GE Centricity to Cerner RadNet implementation or conversion.\n Experience training radiologists and radiology technologists.\n Experience with RIS/PACS implementations.\n Experience supporting enterprise or multi-hospital implementations.\n Experience with workflow design and validation.\n Experience participating in integrated testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live preparation.\n Previous experience serving as a lead trainer or training lead on a major clinical system implementation.\n Experience developing super-user or train-the-trainer programs.\n Familiarity with radiology interfaces and integrations, including modalities, PACS, EHR, and other clinical systems.\n\n
