PMO Project Manager

Position details
PMO Project Management professional with a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in performing PMO activities for large scale projects. Role requires coordinating with multiple internal teams and multiple client stakeholders and maintaining a portfolio of multiple simultaneous projects. 

Responsibilities: 
• Maintain and update the RAID logs (risks, issues, actions and decisions) 
• Track owners, due dates, mitigation plans and status 
• Actively manage the risks and issues including escalations 
• Track action items to closure 
• Document decisions and dependencies 
• Reporting of project status 
• Provide input to weekly/monthly status reports 
• Support status meetings and RAID reviews including invites, meeting minutes, facilitation 
• Escalate blockers early 
• Ensure stakeholders submit status and update their items 
• Assess and identify risk probability and impact 
• Track issue resolution plans 
• Monitor dependencies

• Project management fundamentals - PMBOK

Qualifications: 
Software Development Project Management support roles - 3 year minimum PMP certified Preferred Skills 3 year minimum PMP certified Bachelor degree
