Automotive Sales Manager
Rod Baker Ford in Plainfield is seeking a Sales Manager. If you are a well-qualified Sales Manager looking to go to the next level we would like to talk to you.
We are a third generation, family-owned franchise dealership. We are looking for an individual with great teamwork and leadership skills and the ability to provide a superior buying experience to both our loyal and new customers. Job Requirements

Must have two years of auto dealership management experience. Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through. Positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work with CRM systems. Work closely with lenders and have a strong influence in securing loan approvals.
