About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and people-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team in Miami. This is an on-site, customer-facing opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable goals.

What You'll Do

• Represent our clients and create positive customer experiences through face-to-face interactions
• Engage with prospective customers and introduce them to products and services
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on those needs
• Build rapport and communicate confidently with a variety of customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activity
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
