Description:Responsibilities
Assist with lead generation and organize incoming leads for Sales.
Maintain company branding and approved marketing materials.
Update Google Business Profile information, photos, and posts.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews using approved messaging.
Assist with email marketing and Salesforce campaigns.
Coordinate company signage, decals, postcards, business cards, and instructional materials.
Help coordinate trade shows, promotional items, and booth materials.
Assist with company merchandise, photography, headshots, and testimonial videos.
Support updates to the company website and mobile app.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments on assigned marketing projects.

Requirements:Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and follow projects through completion.
Comfortable working with different departments and outside vendors.
Basic experience with marketing, communications, Salesforce, Canva, or similar platforms is helpful.
Ability to learn new systems and follow established brand guidelines.
