Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) and NAIC reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 5+ years of statutory accounting experience in the health insurance industry.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience resolving complex accounting issues and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
