Position: Oracle Fusion STP & ATR — Implementation Experience

Location: Remote

 

1. Full lifecycle implementation experience — requirements gathering, solution design (fit-gap), configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare across Procurement, Payables, and Fixed Assets
2. Experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (not just support/AMS)
3. Global/multi-country template design and rollout experience (single instance supporting multiple countries/BUs)
4. Fit-gap analysis and functional design documentation (BR100/BP080/FDD equivalents)
5. Data migration planning and execution — supplier master, open POs, open AP invoices, and asset register loads via FBDI/HDL
6. Test strategy ownership — CRP, SIT, UAT planning, test script authoring, and defect triage/resolution
7. Cutover planning and execution — sequencing, mock cutovers, go/no-go criteria, rollback planning
8. Change management support — training material development and end-user enablement
9. Integration coordination with upstream/downstream systems (banking, tax engines, procurement marketplaces)
10. Post-go-live hypercare and stabilization, including knowledge transfer to client support teams
