Job Description

Set the strategy and oversee design, delivery, compliance, and financial performance of enterprise-wide health benefits programs. Lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, and collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, Risk, and other leaders to improve employee experience and ensure compliant, cost-effective programs.
