Senior Technical Recruiter – IT

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Ashburn, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end IT recruitment, particularly within the U.S. federal contracting and commercial IT sectors.

This role requires a hands-on recruiter with strong technical understanding, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of U.S. IT recruitment experience, preferably supporting federal government contractors.

• Proven experience recruiting for technical positions across multiple IT disciplines.

• Strong understanding of U.S. federal contracting recruitment, including cleared and non-cleared positions.
