Kforce has a client that is seeking an Interactive Designer and Developer in Miami, FL.

Summary

We are seeking a talented Interactive Developer/Designer to join our Interactive Team in the Creative Studio department. This position plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand's high-quality presence in eMarketing. The role involves working on the concept development and buildout of emails, animations, and more for national campaigns and divisional needs by managing all aspects of design, testing, quality assurance, and delivery. The position requires the ability to conceptualize and build high-quality designs while being multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, able to cope under pressure, maintain good judgment, and exhibit a professional, supportive attitude.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry standards
• Work closely with the Design Manager, Production Manager, Developers, and the Design/Digital Ops team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of files prepared in multiple formats for web and mobile, adhering to best practices and industry standards for digital production
• Review projects for accuracy and functionality, ensuring they align with the team's vision and overall company branding

REQUIREMENTS:

• Five (5) to Ten (10) years of professional experience in interactive design; Bachelor of Arts degree preferred
• Experience in the programming and production of email communications and at least 5 years of related work experience producing web-based products and interactive materials
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Stensul, and plus HTML/HTML5, CSS, AMPScript, SQL, and JavaScript
• Proficient with a modern code editor (e.g., VS Code, Sublime Text)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and AfterEffects
• Skilled in Canva, Airtable, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Office, and other essential content creation and workflow tools; These tools will be used actively in daily operations to ensure effective management and execution of graphic design tasks
• Good design sense and the ability to follow established creative styles; Detail-oriented, methodical work style with strong communication skills
• Receptive to constructive feedback
• Maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and supervisors
• Must possess initiative and be highly motivated
• High ability to produce and test eMarketing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Stensul
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities, meeting deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude
• Ability to create files for digital media projects, including email, animations, social media graphics, banner ads, landing pages, and more
• Able to cope under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude and high level of customer service

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
