About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Informatica Integration Developer to help build and modernize enterprise integration solutions that connect critical business systems, cloud platforms, and data services. In this role, you'll design, develop, and support scalable integrations using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), APIs, cloud technologies, and modern integration patterns.
You will collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and platform teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing integration solutions that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade integrations using Informatica IDMC, including:
• Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
• Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
• API Management
• Data Quality
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time integrations, event-driven architectures, and API-led connectivity solutions.
• Integrate SaaS applications, enterprise systems, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party services.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks, standards, and best practices to improve scalability and governance.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance, reliability, and data quality.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership on integration initiatives.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile delivery practices across integration projects.
• Contribute to enterprise modernization efforts leveraging cloud, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise integration.
• 5+ years of hands-on Informatica development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and SOAP web services.
• Strong knowledge of API-led integration architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications, databases, enterprise platforms, and cloud services.
• Strong SQL, database design, and data modeling expertise.
• Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps-driven delivery models.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native integration solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exposure to AI, automation, and intelligent workflow technologies.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of integration governance, security, and data quality frameworks.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
