Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing modern web applications using React and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL and relational database expertise.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Linux, and enterprise software development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of SOAP web services, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise authentication frameworks.
• Experience in cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications, intelligent automation, or machine learning-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, Jenkins, and deployment automation.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Job

As a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer, you will help design and build scalable enterprise applications that power critical business operations. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver modern cloud-native solutions.

In this role, you'll contribute to application modernization efforts, microservices development, Kubernetes-based deployments, and AI-enabled product initiatives. You'll play a key role in shaping architecture decisions, improving engineering practices, and driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern web technologies.
• Build scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions supporting business-critical workloads.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs, integrations, and event-driven services.
• Implement and support containerized deployments using Kubernetes and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven, and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Contribute to AI-powered product features and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Perform code reviews and promote engineering excellence, maintainability, and security best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team growth through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
