Project Manager in Redwood City, CA

Responsibilities:

Experience providing project management services for comparable public-sector, enterprise, SaaS, or complex business-system implementations.
Capacity to staff assignments promptly, replace personnel when necessary, and maintain continuity of services.
Depth of the proposed personnel roster, including the proposer's ability to provide personnel with different levels of experience and specialized skills as assignment needs arise.
Experience working with public-sector clients, regulated environments, confidential data, or projects involving multiple Clientd departments and third-party vendors.
References and record of successful delivery on comparable engagements.

Qualifications:
Experience leading or supporting projects comparable to those anticipated by the Client, including software implementations, SaaS deployments, system integrations, data migration or conversion, process redesign, and post-implementation stabilization.
Demonstrated experience with core project management responsibilities, including development and management of project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, risk and issue logs, stakeholder communications, governance materials, and implementation-readiness activities.
Experience collaborating with executive sponsors, Client staff, subject matter experts, end users, information technology staff, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Relevant professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Prosci Change Management Certification, or comparable Qualifications, depth and breadth of proposed personnel pool
Availability and anticipated ability to support Client assignments.
