Detailed Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced FX Technology Manager with a minimum of 10+ years of technology experience to lead multiple teams supporting Foreign Exchange platforms and strategic technology initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management are the most critical attributes for this role.
  • The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and proactively across business stakeholders| technology teams| senior leadership| project management| vendors| and geographically distributed onsite/offshore teams.
  • The role requires strong ownership of project delivery| team coordination| deadlines| risks| dependencies| production stability| and technology strategy within a global| multi-region environment.
