Role: Project Manager, Salesforce Field Service (FSL)

About the role

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead Salesforce Field Service implementations from planning through go-live. You'll manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders across business, technical, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of FSL projects, including planning, execution, and closure
• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Lead Agile or hybrid delivery, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Coordinate across BAs, developers, admins, integration teams, and SI partners
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Run executive and stakeholder status reporting
• Oversee testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management with field and dispatch teams
• Track KPIs such as first-time fix rate, scheduling efficiency, and utilization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including [2+] years leading Salesforce projects
• Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementations
• Strong understanding of Service Cloud, scheduling and optimization concepts, and mobile workforce workflows
• Proven experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master certification
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Field Service Consultant)
• Experience with ERP and asset-management integrations
• Experience in Telecom Domain
