Senior AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer with strong hands-on experience building and delivering production-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions.

This role works directly with Product and business teams to transform high-value business opportunities into working AI solutions. The position combines business problem solving, rapid prototyping, AI solution architecture, development, and production delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Product and business teams to identify and shape high-value AI use cases.
• Translate business processes into practical AI workflows and solutions.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and validate AI solutions with end users.
• Design and build AI agents, AI workflows, knowledge solutions, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop RAG and enterprise knowledge solutions using LLM technologies.
• Define AI evaluation, security, governance, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to offshore AI engineering teams.
• Drive AI solutions from prototype through production deployment.
• Create reusable AI patterns, frameworks, and architectures that can be scaled across teams.
• Collaborate with senior business, Product, and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of professional software/technology experience.
• Strong hands-on experience building production Generative AI / LLM solutions.
• Experience developing AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong experience with RAG / Enterprise Knowledge Systems.
• Experience working with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development experience.
• Experience with Claude / Anthropic or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI workflows, and AI application development.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, security, governance, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) patterns.
• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with senior Product, business, and technical stakeholders.
