Hiring: Lead Applied AI Engineer

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years in AI/ML Engineering, Applied AI or Software Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Foundation Models, RAG and Agentic AI
• Production experience designing, building and deploying AI solutions
• RAG pipelines: document onboarding, metadata, chunking, retrieval, reranking, grounding and citations
• Agentic workflows, tool integration, secure tool execution and human approval
• Model selection, prompt/context optimization and model routing
• AI evaluation, quality, groundedness, safety, latency and cost optimization
• APIs, cloud, containers, CI/CD and enterprise integrations
• AI observability, monitoring, incident response and rollback
• Responsible AI, security, privacy, model risk and data protection
• Strong technical leadership, architecture reviews and mentoring
• Financial services / regulated environment experience is highly valuable
