Sales Account Executive | Twinsburg, OH, United States | Hybrid

We're hiring for a leading global provider of integrated security solutions, dedicated to protecting and optimizing businesses of all sizes. The Role

  • Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area, driving sales activities.
  • Develop regional sales strategies and tactics to increase market penetration and client acquisition.
  • Achieve regional sales objectives by recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing market insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Meet financial objectives through effective sales forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

What You'll Need

  • A successful track record in selling and delivering commercial electronic security solutions.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
  • Proven ability in project and people management.
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving high sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including spreadsheets and presentation software.
