IT Analyst

Poly6 is seeking an IT Analyst to support and optimize systems critical to advanced materials manufacturing. In this role, you will administer and troubleshoot enterprise applications, ERP/MRP, and lab/production systems, ensuring high availability and data integrity. You'll gather requirements from scientists, engineers, and operations teams, translate them into technical solutions, and coordinate with vendors. Responsibilities include user support, reporting and dashboard development, security and access management, and documenting processes to help scale Poly6's innovative, high-performance technologies across aerospace, energy, and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise, ERP/MRP, and lab/production systems
• Troubleshoot system, application, and integration issues
• Gather and document requirements from business, engineering, and lab stakeholders
• Configure and optimize IT and manufacturing-related applications
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for operations and leadership
• Manage user access, security, and data integrity
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams on IT projects
• Document IT processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Provide end-user training and technical support
• Support system upgrades, testing, and change management activities
