Technical Program Manager / Marketing Ops specialist

Location: 100% remote

Experience: 3-5 years in technical program or project management

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager/ Marketing Ops Specialist to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. You'll partner with engineering, marketing and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous goals into clear plans, remove blockers, and ship high-quality work on time. You're comfortable going deep on technical details, but your real strength is creating clarity and momentum across teams.

What You'll Do

  1. Own the end-to-end delivery of CRM enhancements ticket tracking, including scope, schedule, dependencies, and risks

  2. Translate business and product goals into actionable technical roadmaps and milestones

  3. Work closely with engineering leads to understand architecture, estimate effort, and make informed tradeoffs

  4. Identify, track, and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams

  5. Run program rituals such as kickoffs, sprint reviews, status syncs, and retrospectives, keeping them efficient and outcome-focused

  6. Communicate Jira status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership through dashboards, written updates, and presentations

  7. Define and track success metrics (delivery predictability, quality, velocity) and use data to drive continuous improvement

  8. Facilitate decision-making and alignment when priorities or technical approaches conflict

What You'll Bring

Required

  1. 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a closely related role in a software or technology environment

  2. Proven track record of delivering cross-functional technical programs with multiple dependencies

  3. Solid technical foundation: you can follow system design discussions, understand APIs, data flows, and deployment pipelines, and ask the right questions of engineers

  4. Strong working knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle
