They are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to contribute to positive employee experiences and drive key HR initiatives across their market. The Role • Ensure a robust safety culture through engagement and leadership accountability. • Advocate for a positive employee experience and high engagement, identifying and escalating risks. • Support the development and execution of department goals, advising management on policy application. • Execute HR communication and change campaigns, supporting cultural transformation. • Lead employee relations investigations and collaborate with relevant stakeholders. • Support recruitment, staffing, retention, onboarding, and performance management processes. What You'll Need • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 in a professional role. • Experience consulting with and advising management teams. • Strong foundation in core HR fundamentals and processes. • Familiarity with employment legislation (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII). • Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, and effective presentation skills. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
