Shipboard Talent Engagement & Analytics

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client seeking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Engagement & Analytics in the South Florida area.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains dashboards tracking talent management, promotion, and performance trends across myCareerCompass and myPerformance
• Leads the end-to-end Annual Culture & Engagement Survey lifecycle from cross-brand design through executive reporting and post-survey action planning support
• Safeguards data integrity through routine audits across shipboard HR systems
• Serves as a trusted analytics consultant fleet-wide, delivering ad hoc reports and applying emerging research methods, AI applications, and analytical tools to continuously strengthen the quality and depth of insights delivered to leadership
• Lead the Talent Review process for all Shipboard Senior Officers, Department Heads and Deputy's
• Partner with shoreside Senior Leaders to design qualitative and quantitative 360 feedback assessments for all Senior Leaders, Department Heads, and Deputy's (2000 + team members)
• Design reliable and valid surveys using the most advanced technology platforms compatible with ship and shore
• Structure survey logic, skip patterns, and item sequencing to support a consistent respondent experience across shipboard roles and departments
• Execute communication strategies to ensure efficient administration of all Talent Reviews and surveys
• Analyze all survey feedback and data to identify trends using Excel and Power BI

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required - HR, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, process improvements, presentation development, performance management, and executive support
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and analytical tools SQL/Oracle, Power BI and Tableau

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
