Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency

Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices in the allocated location

Configures, installs and maintains computer software & Peripheral systems for users  Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner (within SLA)

Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues

Familiarity on updating the tickets (Incidents / service requests) in Jira( Ticketing tool)

Should have extensive knowledge on Windows 10 troubleshooting and imaging process(optional)

LAN, WAN knowledge

Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

Should be able to lift and shift (Desktops, Printers, Etc.)
