SAP S/4HANA FICO Techno-Functional Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on SAP FICO lead to own the design, configuration, and support of our SAP Finance capabilities in a high-volume retail/CPG environment. You’ll be the go-to expert for finance processes, payment integrations, and troubleshooting transactions end to end.

What you’ll do

• Lead SAP FICO design, configuration, testing, and support across GL, AR, AP, asset accounting, banking, controlling, and close
• Own Accounts Receivable and Credit Management, including cash application, collections, deductions, and disputes
• Manage SAP Digital Payments Add-On (DPAO) and integrations with payment service providers, banks, and commerce platforms
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues spanning SAP, middleware, and external applications
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Audit to keep solutions scalable, compliant (SOX, PCI), and clean-core
• Mentor junior analysts and guide integration and development teams

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of SAP experience with deep, hands-on FICO configuration (not primarily project management)
• Strong S/4HANA Finance experience, including at least two full implementations or major transformations
• Hands-on AR and Credit Management configuration and high-volume cash application experience
• Working knowledge of SAP DPAO and the full payment lifecycle (authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, reconciliation)
• Experience in retail, CPG, fashion, luxury, or another high-volume transactional environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with both finance and technical audiences

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience
• SAP Integration Suite/CPI, BTP, OData, and Fiori
• PSP experience (Adyen, Worldpay, Stripe, Cybersource, etc.)
• Commerce platform integration (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud)
• U.S./Canadian sales tax and tax engine experience (Avalara, Vertex)
