Job Summary
Highly experienced Senior Adobe Experience Cloud Consultant with 13+ years of expertise designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise digital experience, customer data, analytics, and marketing solutions.
Deep hands-on experience across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign, combined with strong expertise integrating Adobe solutions with SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and other leading eCommerce platforms. 
Proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable digital solutions that improve customer engagement, personalization, conversion, and business performance.
Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Define customer data, audience segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
Design and deliver integrations between Adobe platforms and eCommerce solutions such as SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento (Adobe Commerce), and custom commerce platforms.
Implement end-to-end customer journeys leveraging AEP, RT-CDP, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign.
Collaborate with business, marketing, product, eCommerce, and IT teams to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
Develop customer data models, identity resolution strategies, and audience activation frameworks.
Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and digital analytics to provide actionable business recommendations.
Lead solution workshops, stakeholder presentations, and executive briefings.
Provide technology leadership, governance, and best practices across Adobe and commerce ecosystems.
Required skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.
8-10+ years of experience implementing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Strong expertise in:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Adobe Real-Time CDP
Adobe Analytics
Adobe Campaign
Proven experience integrating Adobe platforms with SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud and other eCommerce ecosystems.
Strong understanding of customer data architecture, APIs, data integration, identity management, and personalization.
Experience with REST APIs, middleware, ETL processes, and cloud-based integration patterns.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Preferred Skills
 Experience with Adobe Target, Journey Optimizer, Launch/Tags, and Customer Journey Analytics.
Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or Oracle CX.
Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Adobe certifications across Experience Cloud solutions.
