Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and brand awareness efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, contributing creative ideas, and building valuable experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Participate in outreach activities and promotional events. Build positive relationships with customers and community members. Gather customer feedback to support campaign improvements. Assist with coordinating daily marketing activities. Maintain organized records of promotional initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals. Represent the company professionally during promotional activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail and professionalism. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required. Additional Information Competitive salary ($40,000–$44,000 annually).
