Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales initiatives. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, presenting products and services, building customer relationships, and contributing to business growth in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating promotional campaigns. Engage with prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Present products and services clearly and confidently. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and in-person marketing activities. Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers. Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities. Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.

Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.

Additional Information
Competitive Salary:
$55,000 – $61,000 per year.

Compensation: USD 3800 - USD 4325 - monthly
