Product Analyst

Required Skills:

·         10+ years of experience in Healthcare Business Analysis / Product Analysis / Product Ownership.

·         Strong expertise in Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, RCM, Payer, and Claims Processing.

·         Understanding of clinical workflows and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·         Strong requirements gathering, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Hands-on experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

·         Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

·         Ability to work effectively with distributed Scrum and delivery teams.
