Description

Role description. The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring disciplined governance, and predictable outcomes. This role translates business vision into executable plans, connects solutions to measurable value, and manages dependencies to reduce risk. Through structured leadership and transparent communication, the Project Manager ensures solutions are stable, adopted, and deliver business impact.

Responsibilities
Governance & delivery. Establish governance structures, decision cadences, roles, reporting expectations, scope, sequencing, and delivery approach. Monitor execution through status reviews, RAID, scope control, and stage gates from initiation through closure.
Business value. Support early-phase opportunity and business-case work; connect process improvement to requirements and the solution. Support requirements validation, prioritization, traceability, success criteria, and post-go-live value assessment.
Financial & Resource Coordination: Assist teams with assembling and verifying timeline, resource, and cost estimates.
Cross-functional coordination. Manage dependencies across business, IT, vendors, security, architecture, and operations. Track integration sequencing and environment readiness; resolve impediments and escalate issues early.
Organizational readiness. Coordinate communications, training, adoption planning, testing, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities; identify readiness gaps and capture lessons learned.
Technical readiness oversight. Coordinate architecture and security alignment, environment availability, technical design reviews and sign-offs, support handoff, and launch readiness checks for performance, security, and recovery.
