About the Role
Our client, an established and growing Managed Service Provider, is looking for an experienced 3rd Line IT Engineer to join their technical team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 3rd line support and act as an escalation point for complex issues
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory environments
• Deliver infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and technical projects
• Troubleshoot networking, virtualisation and security-related issues
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to service improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a 3rd Line Support or Senior IT Engineer role
• MSP experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory
• Good networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
