About the Role

As the 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead and final escalation authority for the firm's Service Desk. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Owning complex infrastructure escalations, network troubleshooting, and resolving advanced technical issues across the business.

• Managing and optimising core cloud, identity, and security platforms, specifically Azure (Entra ID), Microsoft Intune, M365 Admin, and PowerShell.

• Acting as an assistant IT Manager by providing hands-on mentorship, guidance, and support to four 1st/2nd line engineers.

• Delivering key infrastructure projects, security updates, and collaborating with internal teams on system enhancements and workflow automation.
