Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Data Warehouse Testing, ETL Testing, and Regulatory Reporting within the banking/financial services domain.

The interview will be approximately one hour and will include scenario-based questions focused on practical testing experience. Candidates should be able to demonstrate hands-on expertise and clearly explain their previous testing projects, challenges, and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of QA/Test Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and PMLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong Data Warehouse Testing experience.
• Extensive ETL Testing and Data Validation experience.
• Strong experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Execution.
• Excellent Test Case preparation and review skills.
• Strong Defect Management and Defect Triage leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, Regression, and Production Validation.
• Strong SQL skills for backend validation and data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter and ETL workflows.
• Experience validating Source-to-Target mappings.
• Strong experience with Data Reconciliation and Data Quality Testing.
• Experience working directly with Business and UAT users.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore QA teams.
• Banking/Financial Services experience, particularly regulatory reporting, is highly preferred.
