Senior QA Engineer

IDR is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Plano, Texas. This role involves testing complex web-based systems within an enterprise environment to ensure high-quality releases. The company specializes in digital solutions, focusing on delivering stable and functional web applications to their clients.

Position Overview for the Senior QA Engineer:

• Create and execute detailed test plans and cases for web and CMS projects.
• Test functionality, layout, and integrations across multiple browsers and devices using BrowserStack or similar tools.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution in Jira.
• Verify fixes and deployments meet defined acceptance criteria before release.
• Validate responsive design, accessibility compliance, and overall site performance.

Requirements for the Senior QA Engineer:

• 5+ years of hands-on QA or software testing experience.
• Experience testing web-based systems, preferably at the enterprise level.
• Familiarity with cross-browser testing and responsive behavior.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile workflows.
• Experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking systems.
