Lead Principal QA / Quality Engineering 

Location & Onsite Requirement:

• Blue Ash, OH –  Blue Ash, OH 45242
• Monday–Friday, 100% onsite from Day 1
• Candidates should ideally be local to Cincinnati, OH. Candidates currently located elsewhere in Ohio may also be considered, provided they are willing and able to relocate to the Cincinnati/Blue Ash area and report onsite from Day 1.
• The role requires regular onsite access to the POS lab.

Role Overview

This is a Principal-level individual contributor role focused on driving transformational Quality Engineering initiatives across product, engineering, release, and operations. The role requires strong technical depth, systems thinking, organizational influence, and the ability to drive execution with minimal oversight.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software, Quality, or Platform Engineering
• Strong technical leadership and ability to lead initiatives without direct authority
• Experience reviewing code, frameworks, and technical designs
• Strong QE strategy, test architecture, automation, CI/CD, and release quality experience
• Experience leveraging AI tools across software engineering and QE workflows
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to work across Product, Engineering, Architecture, SRE, and Release teams
