Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Strategy & Execution: Design, write, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.

  • Pega Validation: Validate Pega workflows, case management, business rules, decision tables, data transforms, and UI elements.

  • Testing Scope: Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.

  • Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and retest software defects using tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • Data & API Testing: Validate application databases using basic SQL queries and perform REST/SOAP API testing for external integrations.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Pega Developers, Business Analysts, and Scrum teams in an Agile environment to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
