Must-Have Skills:

• Experience coordinating complex technology and data initiatives, managing integrated plans, milestones, dependencies.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, influence, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in matrixed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program management, PMO, business operations, platform operations, or related roles

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences, with exposure to CRM, customer data, analytics, omnichannel, or commercial technology platforms
• Experience supporting product launches/launch readiness and working in Agile or Product Operating Model environments.
