Skills/Experience needed:

• MUST have Healthcare Insurance Industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience with Workday U.S. Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking
• Strong proven experience with Workday calculated fields & reports
• Experience with Workday Reporting & Integration support
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Creative problem solver
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and developing calculated fields and reports in Workday while adhering to corporate standards and industry best practices.  
• Ensure data accuracy by performing testing and auditing results.
