AI Governance Lead
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead enterprise AI Governance program and target operating model design.
* Establish AI policies, standards, governance forums, approval workflows and escalation paths.
* Facilitate executive steering committees and governance reviews.
* Define governance KPIs, control objectives, risk appetite and audit requirements.
* Lead pilot governance reviews and Go / Iterate / Stop decisions.
* Drive adoption of Responsible AI, Privacy-by-Design and Governance-by-Design principles.
Required Skills:
* AI Governance Frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, ISO 23894)
* Responsible AI Governance

Experience:
* 12+ years governance, risk, compliance, data governance, AI or technology leadership experience.
* 5+ years AI/ML governance experience.
* Experience establishing enterprise governance programs.
* Executive-level communication and board reporting experience.
* Experience leading large digital transformation initiatives.
