AI Dev Engineer Agentic AI onshore
Production LLM application experience agent frameworks tool calling orchestration and model routing Not prompt engineering alone
Retrieval augmented generation at production quality chunking hybrid retrieval grounding and citation
Guardrail design content policy prompt injection and jailbreak resistance PII handling refusal behaviour
Strong Python cloud native services on AWS able to own architecture and engage directly with business and legal stakeholders
